NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS

Council of the Great Lakes Region (the “Corporation”) held their Annual Meeting of the Members via teleconference on March 3, 2021 for the following purposes:

  • To receive the financial statements and Annual Report of the Corporation for the financial year: April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020
  • To appoint KPMG as the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year
  • To elect Directors of the Corporation
  • To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting

Ambassador Bruce Heyman, CGLR Honorary Patron and former U.S. States Ambassador to Canada joined the group for a virtual armchair discussion about the future of the U.S.-Canada partnership under a Biden Administration and what role the Great Lakes mega-region can play in reinvigorating and deepening bilateral relations over the next four years.
