As the global transportation industry retools to electric and autonomous vehicles, automobility is the opportunity to create new software, data technology, autonomous and electric vehicles, EV battery systems and innovative approaches to 5G to change how we think about the car, truck and every other vehicle that’s part of transportation’s future.
With over 100 years in automotive innovation, a robust research and development infrastructure, and powered by one of North America’s best 5G networks, the great lakes region is now emerging as North America’s automobility hub.
On September 23, this event, jointly convened by the binational Council of the Great Lakes Region (CGLR) through its Great Lakes Economic Forum and CityAge in partnership with major players in the Detroit-Windsor-Essex Region, will look at how regional and global players can be part of this automobility future, to drive job growth and make important contributions to a net zero future.
