Great Lakes Congressional Representatives write the Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change Canada, to voice their support for establishing a Great Lakes Restoration Initiative in Canada and the collaborative, which includes the Council of the Great Lakes Region, that has been leading discussions on the latter and encouraging the Government of Canada to strike an independent panel of experts to review the current state of investments in the Great Lakes and programming gaps.
